How to set up and install the Google Nest Hello video doorbell
1. Kompatibilität und Spannungsanforderungen prüfen
Die Nest Doorbell kann die meisten Türklingeln mit Kabel ersetzen. In einigen Fällen liefert das Türklingelsystem aber nicht genug oder zu viel Strom. Prüfen Sie, ob Ihre aktuelle Türklingel durch die Nest Doorbell ersetzt werden kann.

4. Alte Türklingel entfernen
Montieren Sie Ihre aktuell installierte Türklingel ab und trennen Sie die Verkabelung. Für diesen Schritt benötigen Sie wahrscheinlich einen Schraubendreher.
Tipp: Wenn Sie Ihre alte Türklingel entfernen, biegen Sie die Kabel der Türklingel oder kleben Sie sie ab, damit sie nicht in die Wand zurückrutschen.

Verbindungsprobleme

- Warten Sie ein paar Minuten und versuchen Sie dann noch einmal, die Türklingel zu verbinden.

Anzeichen dafür, dass die Türklingel nicht mit ausreichend Strom versorgt wird:
- Die Türklingel lässt sich nicht einschalten.
- Sie erhalten eine Meldung oder einen Status in der App, der Ihnen mitteilt, dass die Türklingel nicht mit ausreichend Strom versorgt wird.
- Auch Dinge wie die WLAN-Verbindung und die Videoqualität können sich verschlechtern, wenn die Türklingel nicht genügend Strom hat.

Probleme mit der Videoqualität

Probleme mit der Glocke
Wenn Sie eine mechanische Glocke mit beweglichen Teilen haben und die Glocke nicht funktioniert oder komisch klingt, können Sie Folgendes versuchen:
- Nehmen Sie die Abdeckung der Glocke ab und prüfen Sie, ob die Kabel mit beweglichen Teilen in Kontakt sind.
- Achten Sie darauf, dass freiliegende Kabelenden (das Kupferkabel ist zu sehen) einander nicht berühren.
- Testen Sie die Glocke daraufhin noch einmal.
- Wenn Ihre Glocke immer noch komisch klingt, können Sie versuchen, den Anschluss für die Glocke an der Außenseite der Abdeckung zu befestigen.
